Core Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll work hands-on with a variety of metals, cutting, shaping, and assembling precision components tailored to client needs.
Operate tools and machinery, including semi-CNC equipment, welders, grinders, guillotines, punch press, and rollers.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Measure and cut metal sheets with precision.
Perform quality control checks to ensure that final products meet standards.
Maintain equipment and work areas to uphold safety and efficiency.
Key Skills & Training:
Whether you’re just starting out or bring a wealth of experience, the employer is dedicated to empowering you to excel and grow with the company.
Previous experience in S/S fabrication, carbon steel, tig welding or a related field is required.
Preferable to have completed a recognized apprenticeship.
MIG welding carbon & stainless-steel welding certs an advantage.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and diagrams.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
