Serving as the lead counsel for the Personal Wealth product organization, the full-time remote State Licensed Associate General Counsel will advise on the design, development, and distribution of innovative wealth offerings while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and speed to market.

##### Key responsibilities

Advise on the implementation and distribution of personal wealth products, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance

Coordinate with product, compliance, and risk leaders from concept through launch to deliver aligned solutions

Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practical guidance for stakeholders

##### Required qualifications

J.D. and active bar membership

15+ years of experience in retail wealth management legal advisory

Strong knowledge of SEC, FINRA, and state regulatory frameworks

Experience with emerging wealth products and product strategy development

Ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory environments effectively
