Job Description
Supporting Market Access and Account Management teams, the full-time State Licensed Contracts Administrator will manage state Medicaid contracting operations, including contract lifecycle management, pricing analysis, and regulatory compliance, while working remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Manage lifecycle of state Medicaid contracts and supplemental rebate agreements
Review, redline, and negotiate state Medicaid agreements in alignment with business and legal requirements
Analyze Medicaid contract performance and investigate pricing or rebate discrepancies
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
State Medicaid contracting and supplemental rebate agreement management experience
Knowledge of Best Price, URA, AMP, GTN, and government pricing regulations
Experience supporting Medicaid bid solicitations and pricing evaluations
Contract compliance experience within regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare environments
