Job Description
To support a growing telehealth practice, a board-eligible Endocrinologist will provide patient assessments and personalized treatment plans during evenings, Fridays, and/or weekends in a fully remote, contract-based role.
##### Key responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care
Maintain accurate patient records and respond to patient inquiries with clarity and care
##### Required qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine and board eligibility in Endocrinology
Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship
Commitment to obtain ABIM board certification in Endocrinology within one year of hire
An active, unrestricted professional license in at least one U.S. state
