Leading a dedicated client pod, the full-time remote State Licensed Licensing Manager will oversee a team of Project Managers and Application Specialists, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance throughout the licensing lifecycle for a portfolio of 50-70 clients.

##### Key responsibilities

Lead and develop a team, providing guidance on complex licensing issues and fostering a culture of accountability and quality

Manage client portfolios, ensuring timely and compliant processing of licensing applications and addressing escalated client concerns

Perform quality reviews of licensing applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to state regulatory requirements before submission

##### Required qualifications

5+ years of experience in state licensing project management within the pharmaceutical supply chain, cannabis, or a similarly regulated industry

Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios with multiple concurrent licensing activities

Strong knowledge of state licensing regulatory requirements and application processes

Experience in reviewing and quality-checking licensing applications for accuracy and completeness

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and licensing/project management software platforms
