Store Manager and shift supervisor

Full Job Description;

Pizza Hut Ferrymead and Halswell, Christchurch,

We are currently looking for a shift supervisor and Store Manager that is responsible for running shifts, Provide a great customer experience to all of our valued customers, Support team to keep the store clean, tidy and well stocked assist the store manager/Own be able to run the store independently and efficiently in the Store Owner's absence. .

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a very busy Store.

You would be required to perform the following duties

Provide an excellent level of customer service and drive a customer service culture across the store. Train and coach staff and drive performance.

Direct and motivate a team within a busy Quick Service Restaurant.

Be part of ordering, managing wastage and controlling labour costs

Assist with the overall running and management of a busy fast food environment.

Supervisory experience and the ability to lead a team.

Some business understanding to help with the running of the store.

Energy, integrity, and drive to succeed.

Passion to train and coach others.

Minimum Experience of One to two year within a Pizza Hut/Dominos Pizza Industry is highly preferred. Lead a shift certificate from Pizza Hut will get more weightage.
