Store Manager / Full-time Retail Assistant - Health Supplement Store

We are looking for a Store Manager and a Full-time Retail Assistant to join our health supplement flagship store on the North Shore.

This role is suitable for candidates with strong customer-facing experience, especially in retail, pharmacy, health supplements, wellness products, customer service or sales. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations, and helping customers choose suitable health products based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Introduce and recommend suitable health supplements and wellness products based on customer needs
• Learn and maintain good product knowledge to support customer enquiries
• Process sales transactions and use the POS/retail system
• Assist with product display, stock replenishment, and inventory organization
• Enter and maintain product information, pricing, and stock records in the retail/POS system
• Support online and in-store order enquiries, after-sales service and customer complaints
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-presented
• Assist with daily store operations as required
• For the Store Manager role, support team coordination, daily store management, and sales performance

Requirements

• Available to work 5 days per week on a roster, including one weekend day
• Strong customer-facing experience and confidence in communicating with customers
• Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, health supplements, wellness products, or a similar sales environment is preferred
• Knowledge of health supplements, nutrition, or wellness products is an advantage
• Experience using POS/retail systems, stock management, or product data entry is preferred
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn product knowledge
• Good teamwork attitude
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin for daily work.
• The ability to communicate in Korean is an advantage, but not essential
• Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand

Additional Requirements for Store Manager

• At least 1 year of retail store management experience
• Experience in team coordination, rostering, sales follow-up, and daily store operations is preferred
• Able to handle daily store issues independently and support service and operational improvements
• * Experience in opening and setting up a new retail store from the ground up is highly preferred.
