Job Description
Managing client relationships in a hybrid remote capacity, the full-time Strategic Account Executive will develop partnerships, analyze plan performance, and lead review meetings to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
##### Key responsibilities
Develop and manage client and partner relationships to retain business and ensure satisfaction
Analyze plan performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Oversee Account Managers and support team development and performance evaluation
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
5 years of direct account service experience in PBM or a related healthcare field
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Advanced problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and stakeholder engagement
Strong ability to synthesize and analyze information to identify trends and risks
