Job Description
As a trusted advisor for customers and internal stakeholders, the full-time remote Strategic Account Manager will drive business value, grow accounts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through relationship building and strategic initiatives.
##### Key responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers, preparing and presenting activity reports and managing escalations
Identify and strategize new opportunities for account growth, delivering savings and efficiencies through the JLL Marketplace
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to present insights that drive incremental growth and user adoption of JLL Marketplace
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or business operations preferred
5-10+ years of experience in external-facing customer roles, with at least 5 years in a Customer Success role or comparable
Experience in Supply Chain, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), or SaaS with exposure to B2B procurement systems preferred
Knowledge of emerging procurement technologies and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
High comfort level interacting with and influencing executive-level professionals
