Join a role that supports the connection between planning, prioritisation and delivery across Kiwibank. As Strategic Partner Manager, you will work with teams across the business to coordinate key activities, support effective planning and help maintain visibility of progress against agreed priorities with our key partners. You will also have opportunities to continue developing your skills while contributing to our purpose of Kiwi making Kiwi better off

You will help connect planning and delivery across the organisation. You will lead the Key Strategic Partner Engagement activities, support the maintenance of enterprise priorities, and coordinate planning and prioritisation cycles. You will also track the alignment and performance of strategic initiatives, facilitate cross-functional planning and investment discussions, and provide coordination and information to support governance and decision-making forums.

Working with stakeholders across Kiwibank, you will help connect agreed priorities with delivery activity and support the ongoing health, quality and performance of delivery. You will also own and manage processes relating to work orders and processing, including helping embed these processes across the business.

For this role, we are looking for someone who can build effective relationships, coordinate activity across different teams and bring structure and clarity to planning and delivery through our key partners. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

Experience working in strategy, planning, transformation or programme management environments

Confidence supporting governance and decision-making processes

Sound commercial judgement and the ability to understand broader business priorities

Strong stakeholder management, partnership and influencing skills

Good analytical skills and clear written and verbal communication

* The ability to connect planning and delivery activity across different business area
