Support Worker Cygnet Nield House, Crewe, Cheshire

Location: Cygnet Nield House, Barrows Green, Bradfield Road, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 4QW Salary: £13.15 per hour rising to £13.70 after 3 months Hours: 42 hours per week across a mixed shift pattern (12 hour day and night shifts) Ideal for: Candidates with care experience or transferable skills from people-focused roles.

Youll be working42 hoursper week across a mixed 12-hour shift pattern, helping to make a positive difference to the lives of the women in our care.

About Cygnet Nield House Cygnet Nield House is a specialist mental health hospital for women in Crewe, Cheshire. The service supports women aged 18 and over and is split into two distinct wards, each offering specialist mental health care.

Clarion Ward

Clarion Ward is a 14-bed complex personality disorder service for women with a dual diagnosis of personality disorder, with or without co-morbid disorderedeating.

Compton Ward

Compton Ward is a 15-bed acute service for women. The ward provides a safe andstabilisingenvironment for women experiencing an acute episode of mental illness who require an emergency admission.

At Nield House,youllbe part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team helping women feel safe,respectedand empowered as they work towards recovery,independenceand improved wellbeing.
