You’ll support tāngata with their individual care needs and daily living activities — no qualifications or prior experience required. Your role is to provide safe, respectful, person centered support in people’s homes, including being mindful of what matters to them, their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries.

Paid travel time and mileage —When you travel for work, we make sure you’re compensated fairly — including paid travel time and mileage for longer trips. Full details will be shared during onboarding
