We’re looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our dedicated team across North East London and Kent. In this rewarding role, you’ll help individuals live more independently, supporting them with daily activities, personal care, and companionship. Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and support tailored to each individual’s needs.

Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and household tasks.

Encourage independence, dignity, and confidence in the people you support.

Accompany service users to appointments, community activities, or social outings.

Build positive, trusting relationships with service users and their families.

Keep accurate records of care and report any concerns promptly.

Work collaboratively with other care professionals to deliver excellent care.

Requirements

A genuine passion for helping others.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Reliability, empathy, and a positive attitude.

Previous care experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, or weekends.
