At Quarriers Village Supported Living Phase 2, we're seeking a compassionate, dedicated and reliable FemaleSupport Worker to join our bungalow service, supporting adults with a range of complex support needs including learning disabilities, epilepsy, gastrostomy support and mobility assistance.

This is more than a nightshift role. It's an opportunity to provide reassurance, safety, dignity and person-centred support during the hours when it matters most.

More About the Role

Working as part of a skilled and supportive team, you will:

Provide overnight support and monitoring to people we support

Promote independence, choice and dignity at all times

Support with personal care and wellbeing needs

Follow individual support plans and risk assessments

Respond calmly and confidently to changing needs during the night

Maintain accurate records and handovers

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support

This is permanent role working 35 hours per week. Thewakened nightshift position will work on a fixed rota pattern:

Week 1: 3 x 10-hour shifts

Week 2: 4 x 10-hour shifts

Please note an enhanced hourly rate of 14.43 will paid between midnight and 7am.

The team arelooking for someone who:

Has a caring and positive attitude

Is committed to delivering outstanding person-centred support

Can work independently and use initiative during night shifts

Has excellent communication skills

Previous experience in social care is welcomed but not essential. We value people with the right values and commitment to supporting others.
