Support Worker

Trust-Care is recruiting caring, motivated, and reliable Support Workers to support vulnerable adults across Lanarkshire.

The Role:

You will be supporting individuals to live as independently as possible, helping with daily routines, activities and time out in the community, while building positive and respectful relationships. You will deliver person-centred care and support tailored to each individual's unique needs, encouraging positive outcomes and enhancing overall wellbeing.

You have previous experience working in a similar support role

You have experience supporting people with complex needs

Pay: £13.45-£13.75 per hour
