Owning the entire hiring engine, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various roles while building a proactive talent pipeline to support the agency's growth.

##### Key responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 roles annually in paid media, video editing, account management, sales, and operations

Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Indeed, and niche agency communities

Coordinate interview loops, conduct reference checks, and handle offer logistics while tracking key recruitment metrics

##### Required qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency, SaaS company, or remote-first environment

Proven ability to fill roles in under 30 days

Experience with high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening

Strong written communication skills suitable for an async-first culture

US-based with availability during core hours of 9am-5pm CT
