Talent Aquisition Specialist

The Noel Group, are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based in 43 Paul Street, Cork City.

Description

• Utilizing different talent acquisition strategies such as social media, job boards, and direct sourcing to identify top talent across various professional skills markets.
• Managing and driving full cycle recruiting process for internal and external candidates ensuring full understanding of Requirements
• Expert sourcing skills; Boolean strings, data mining, and the ability to build networks and maintain pipelines.
• Facilitating diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse pool of candidates during the selection process.
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers to fill current and future vacancies.
• Monitoring candidate progress and tracking talent acquisition data using an applicant tracking system.
• Overseeing talent pool management and implementing strategic pipeline activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in a Talent Acquisition Role within an Agency environment.
• Diversity Equity and Inclusion prior experience is prefered
• Business Development Experience
• Strong Organisational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a high-pressured, busy environment
• Preferable by a certified Manual Handling Instructor, as the talent acquisition specialist will attract the candidates and ensure candidates are fully compliant for work at The Noel Group.
