Tax Manager - Transfer Pricing, Controversy & Risk Management
Job Description
Lead global E2E transfer pricing planning, compliance (including master file / local files), reporting, and audit defense developing and implementing best practices, tools, and policies. Lead global tax controversy strategies including interfacing with tax authorities. Advise on tax controversy and transfer pricing aspects of business expansion including new market entry, supporting new product / service offerings, reorganizations, M&A, etc. Draft tax process documentation. Perform quarterly transfer pricing calculations. Monitor and analyze existing and proposed tax and transfer pricing legislation and assist with defining, implementing, and defending strategies while partnering with legal to establish legislative priorities. Prepare ASC 740/FIN 48 analysis and position documentation. Perform financial / economic analyses to build financial valuation models.
