The Role:

As the successful Tax Reserves Manager

• Manage global partner tax reserves, including reconciliations, tax equalisation, year-end reporting, and accounting accuracy.
• Coordinate with international tax teams, partners, CFOs, and external advisors to maintain robust tax reserve processes.
• Drive process improvements through AI and automation while mentoring and supporting junior team members.
• What You Need to Succeed:

As the successful Tax Reserves Manager you will have

ACA (or equivalent) qualified; CTA, ADIT, or other tax qualification desirable, with Manager-level personal or corporate tax experience.

Strong General Ledger accounting, analytical, and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Effective communicator and collaborative team player, with the ability to build relationships across global teams.

* Knowledge of tax issues affecting professional partnerships is advantageous.
