Guiding the Core AI Agentic Development Team, the full-time Team Lead, AI Engineering will maintain a hands-on technical presence while mentoring Senior AI Engineers and overseeing the development of scalable, multi-agent AI systems aimed at transforming healthcare revenue cycle management in a remote setting.

##### Key responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of scalable, multi-agent AI systems, providing architectural direction for complex agent orchestration

Oversee end-to-end development of agentic applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance standards

Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers, fostering best practices in LLM development and system design

##### Required qualifications

Proven experience in architecting multi-agent orchestration systems and deploying oracle/supervisor agents

Demonstrated leadership in guiding software development teams through the product lifecycle using agile methodologies

Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with production LLM deployment

Deep technical knowledge in building scalable agent architectures with a focus on system integration and governance

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
