Team Member - Field

About the role

As a field team member, you'll install and commission REL equipment on client sites across the country, playing a key part in delivering the quality projects we're known for. It's varied, hands-on work for someone who takes pride in getting the job done right.

Key responsibilities

Installing, assembling and commissioning equipment on client sites to specification and manufacturer requirements

Interpreting installation drawings, plans and technical documentation

Carrying out on-site welding, fabrication and modification work to complete the install

Testing and calibrating equipment to confirm it operates correctly before handover

Diagnosing and resolving faults during installation and on service callouts

Communicating clearly with clients on site and answering their questions at handover

Completing installation records, job sheets and handover documentation accurately and on time

Following site health and safety requirements and reporting hazards on site

About you

A full NZ Driver's Licence (Class 2 preferred)

Experience in welding and fabrication

Experience in engineering (preferred)

Trade certification (preferred)

A strong focus on customer service and quality workmanship

The ability to diagnose, fault-find and resolve problems on the job

Initiative, adaptability and a genuine team-player attitude

A commitment to working safely and keeping those around you safe
