Job Description
To support strategic partners in the programmatic advertising ecosystem, the full-time Technical Account Manager will maximize customer protection, address invalid traffic concerns, and navigate ad fraud challenges while collaborating cross-functionally and managing sensitive investigations remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success across assigned accounts
Expand client relationships by serving as the primary contact and building deep partnerships
Provide exceptional customer support and manage escalations for sensitive issues
##### Required qualifications
Prior experience in AdTech, with a strong preference for programmatic advertising experience
Strong investigative and analytical mindset with the ability to review data and identify trends
Experience managing customer-facing escalations and multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear communication for customers
Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms such as SQL, Looker, or similar tools is a plus
