Job Description
To support process delivery, the full-time contract Technical Lead - Minnesota will manage daily performance of Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations, and develop technical capabilities within the team while working remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Design, create, and maintain software components independently
Propose and implement system changes to enhance the EDI engine's speed and accuracy
Drive root cause resolution to minimize future incidents and ensure code accuracy through automated tests
##### Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in Common Lisp software development
5+ years of software application development experience
2+ years of experience managing large codebases with system interactions
Proven ability to solve complex data integrity challenges
Experience with Clojure programming language
