Technical Project Manager

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

Synapse; Fabric; SQL Server; Azure Storage; ADF; Project Management; Scrum Master

Own end to end program execution as the product owner, acting as the bridge between client stakeholders and offshore/remote teams, driving daily customer sync ups to communicate status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Partner with business, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to capture, analyze, and translate requirements into clear user stories, milestones, delivery plans, and roadmaps.

Define program scope, timelines, and milestones, balancing technical feasibility, resource constraints, and business priorities.

Lead Agile sprint planning and execution, ensuring backlog readiness, accurate estimation, predictable delivery, and on time sprint commitments.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily syncs, reviews, demos, and retrospectives, reinforcing Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

**Drive cross functional delivery using Power Platform, Power BI, Azure Data Engineering (ADF, ADLS, Synapse/SQL), and SQL, ensuring solutions meet business, technical, reliability, security, and compliance objectives.**

Track, coordinate, and communicate end-to-end delivery status across multiple workstreams, promoting transparency and stakeholder visibility.

Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating when required to maintain delivery momentum.

Manage program and data pipeline health using metrics, KPIs, and operational insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes.

Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and shared understanding of priorities and tradeoffs.

Influence cross functional teams to align strategy, roadmap, and execution priorities, enabling cohesive and predictable delivery.

Coach teams on Agile/Scrum values, self-management, and cross functional collaboration, shielding teams from external disruptions.

Ensure teams deliver high value increments aligned to Definition of Done, reinforcing quality, accountability, and execution excellence.
