The ideal candidate will combinehands-on software engineering expertise with excellent program and stakeholder management skills, driving delivery across complex telecom environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical project delivery across automation and telecom platforms Drive planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and reporting for large programs Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders Translate business requirements into technical execution plans Oversee AIalluni lifecycles including data pipelines, ML/LLM usage, and tooling Ensure adherence to architecture, quality, and delivery standards Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of experience in Technical Project / Program Management Strong telecom domain knowledge (3GPP, packet core, network automation) AI skills: ML, NLP, LLMs, lifecycle management, data literacy, tool proficiency Hands-on software development background Strong architecture understanding Java, J2EE hands-on experience Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Background Experience with Nokia, Samsung, Ericsson, Cisco, Ciena, or FAANG
