Job Description
Working closely with customers and internal teams, the full-time Technical Support Engineer will resolve complex technical issues and enhance support processes for the Multi-Sensor Annotation Platform.
##### Key responsibilities
Provide application troubleshooting and technical support to clients
Collaborate with service desk and product teams to improve support processes
Deliver exceptional customer experience by addressing and resolving technical challenges
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
5-10 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, and experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Knowledge of AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage
Experience with data formats such as JSON and CSV, and data pipelines
