The Role

This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about helping users resolve technical challenges. You will have the opportunity to develop hands‑on skills across Windows/Mac systems, mobile device management, endpoint security, and modern workplace tools while contributing to a high‑quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • OS installation (Windows and macOS).
  • Software installation, troubleshooting, and license reconciliation/compliance.
  • Hardware installation and upgrades (RAM, SSD, etc.).
  • Endpoint security compliance (OS/app patching and updates).
  • Preparing laptops for readiness and coordinating delivery with administrators.
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of O365 applications.
