To provide exceptional technical support, the remote Technical Support Representative will solve complex technical problems, implement advanced features of applications, and document defects for the development team.

##### Key responsibilities

Provide high-level technical support and assistance to customers and consultants

Test and identify defects, documenting issues for the development team

Write SQL queries and troubleshoot application and data-related issues

##### Required qualifications

BS/BA Degree or equivalent relevant experience

5+ years of experience in a B2B technical customer service or implementation role

In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS

Strong SQL query skills, with the ability to write and modify SQL independently

Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the healthcare software industry
