Job Description
Providing strategic guidance to key client groups, the full-time Texas Licensed Senior Account Manager will manage policy audits, proposals, and renewals for private equity clients in a remote setting.
##### Key responsibilities
Participate in the retention of renewal business by preparing specifications and underwriting data
Review current policies and recommend placement options, ensuring clients have continuous and proper coverage
Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams, fostering personal accountability and consistent communication
##### Required qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Commercial Lines client management
Valid State P&C brokers' license
College degree preferred
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems, preferably AMS 360 and Work Smart
Extensive knowledge of Commercial Lines underwriting and coverage analysis
