Job Description
Designing and delivering training programs, the full-time Training Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging resources that enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction while working onsite in the United States.
##### Key responsibilities
Design scalable training programs that align with business goals and customer outcomes
Develop customer onboarding programs and facilitate virtual training sessions for internal teams and customers
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics to refine content
##### Required qualifications
5+ years of customer service, customer success, or training experience in a SaaS business
2+ years of experience creating and delivering training, onboarding, or certification programs
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training design and delivery
Experience in creating accessible learning content with inclusive design practices
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
