Salary Range: $27.49 - $34.36

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Position Summary

The Truck Driver performs as required by job order and supervisor's direction, all driving and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operates all motored vehicles in safe and efficient manner.
• Follows proper departmental procedures for start-up, use and storage of all equipment operations, including power sweeping, plowing, snow blowing, tractor and loader operations.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
• Must maintain home telephone contact and be available for snow removal on 7 days/week, 24-hours/day basis.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or the equivalent required.
• Ability to read and follow written directions and road maps required.
• Must be familiar with tractor operation procedures.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be physically fit to work outdoors in all weather, and be able to perform manual labor, lifting and climbing assignments.
