We are seeking an experienced UI/visual designer who possesses a real passion for phenomenal design, a superb aesthetic sense, an extraordinary eye for detail, and a deep appreciation of user experience.

Requirements

Proven skills across the fields of graphic design, typography, and interface design

Self-motivated and comfortable prioritizing workload with minimal supervision

Experience creating beautiful graphical assets to support digital marketing efforts and product releases

Expert knowledge with design software such as Sketch, Adobe Suite, or equivalent

Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Principle, Invision, Figma, or equivalent

Experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers and copywriters

An amazing portfolio that demonstrates your experience in product and visual design

Bonus points for

Experience working on a large scale Saas platform

Experience working in a startup environment

An interest in UX design and user research/testing

What you’ll do

Craft the visual elements for user interfaces, that build on UX designs for new product features and improvements

Create engaging design assets to support marketing efforts, website updates, blog posts, and product releases

Work with a cross-functional team, partnering with users, product owners, and development teams to deliver business value

Work with the engineering team throughout the build process to refine and guide the design as it takes shape

Speak with customers and other stakeholders to test your assumptions and designs

Own and maintain the design system to build a library of reusable UI components

Suggest changes that can holistically elevate the product, marketing, and brand design
