Urgent Care Nurse - Part Time
Job Description
OneHealth GP & Urgent Care is a combined General Practice and Urgent Care facility located in Remuera and open 8am – 8pm, 7 days. We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care nurse to work weekends. Rostered shifts are: Week 1 - Saturday & Sunday 2-8pm, and Week 2 - Saturday 8-4pm and Sunday 2-8pm. Weekend shifts attract penal rates (T1.5).
Essential to the role are the following:
- Registered Nurse with current Practising Certificate.
- Prior Urgent Care Clinic experience in a NZ practice.
- Competent in plaster cast application.
- Excellent English language skills - verbal, written and comprehension.
- Knowledge of the Australasian Triage Scale.
- Reliability and commitment to rostered shifts.
- Flexibility to assist with leave cover on the roster.
- Able to work autonomously and as a team.
The following is preferred
Medtech Evolution experience.
Canulation.
