At GXO Logistics, we’re looking for dedicated drivers to join our energetic team at Dartford, Kent working on our IKEA contract. As a 3.5t Van Driver you will be delivering furniture items for IKEA throughout London, including central areas.

This is a full time, permanent role you will be working 48 hours per week on a shift pattern of 5 days on, 3 days off over an 8-week rota with start time of 5:00am.

What you will do on a typical day:

Working as a Van Driver you’ll be delivering to customers’ homes with care, professionalism and great service — representing GXO and IKEA

Multi drop deliveries vary between single person and 2-person team

Driving throughout the London area, including Central London

Ensuring vehicle and stock is properly secured

Performing vehicle checks at the beginning and end of each journey and reporting all defects

What you need to succeed at GXO:

A valid driving licence (max 6 points)

A positive, can‑do attitude

Reliability, good communication and teamwork

Physical capability to lift/move items

Multi‑drop experience is useful but not essential
