We’re looking for a Vendor Manager to strengthen how we manage these relationships, bringing greater visibility of vendor performance, commercial value and risk. It’s an opportunity to help us make informed decisions, get more from our technology partnerships and build a consistent approach across our Digital Business & Technology environment.

#### The Opportunity

This is a newly created role where you’ll have genuine scope to shape and embed Gallagher’s technology vendor management framework.

You’ll establish a clear view of our vendor landscape, from contracts and renewals to performance, service levels and commercial value. Working closely with technology leaders, Procurement and external partners, you’ll turn vendor data and insights into practical recommendations that support better business decisions.

Partnering with Procurement, you’ll complement sourcing and negotiation activities with the performance insights, governance and commercial context needed to manage vendors effectively. You’ll also identify opportunities to improve service, manage risk and strengthen the value we get from our technology partnerships.

You'll be responsible for

Developing and maintaining an accurate technology vendor register

Establishing vendor KPIs, scorecards and performance reporting

Leading regular vendor performance reviews and governance activities

Monitoring contract obligations, risks, service levels and upcoming renewals

Identifying opportunities to improve vendor performance, value and accountability

Providing insights to support sourcing, vendor selection and renewal decisions

Building effective relationships with technology leaders, Procurement and key vendors

Driving a consistent, practical approach to vendor management across the business

#### The Fit

You’ll bring experience in vendor management, supplier relationship management, IT procurement or technology operations, ideally within a medium to large organisation.

You’ll also bring

• Experience managing technology vendors across areas such as SaaS, cloud, infrastructure or managed services
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence interpreting contracts, pricing and service agreements
• Experience using KPIs, reporting or performance frameworks to drive improvement
• Analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to challenge the status quo constructively
