Job Description
Leading the growth of the Customer Experience Technology practice, the full-time remote Vice President, Customer Experience Technology will shape market offerings, strengthen partner alignment, and position the organization as a trusted transformation partner for clients modernizing their customer service and CX capabilities.
##### Key responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategy and growth plan for the CET practice, focusing on offerings, target industries, and revenue priorities
Collaborate with sellers and go-to-market teams to enhance client messaging and support strategic sales pursuits
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key technology partners within the CX ecosystem
##### Required qualifications
15-20+ years of leadership experience in technology-enabled services or digital transformation environments
Proven track record of scaling technology-enabled businesses with accountability for growth and P&L performance
Strong understanding of customer experience technology, including platforms like Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce
Experience in enterprise consulting or business transformation with Fortune 500 clients preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
