If you thrive in outdoor environments and enjoy physical activity, this position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills while working in a vibrant, team-oriented setting.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAssist with planting, pruning, and training grapevines to promote healthy growth and optimal fruit production\r\n\tOperate farm machinery such as tractors, sprayers, and harvesters safely and efficiently\r\n\tMaintain irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution across vineyard blocks\r\n\tPerform routine maintenance on tools, equipment, and irrigation infrastructure to ensure smooth operations\r\n\tUse hand tools for trellising, tying vines, and removing weeds or unwanted growth\r\n\tConduct regular vineyard inspections to identify pests, diseases, or other issues requiring attention\r\n\tSupport heavy lifting tasks involving bags of fertilizer, pruning debris, or harvested grapes\r\n\tFollow safety protocols during all activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nSkills\r\n\r\n\r\n\tMechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining farm machinery and power tools\r\n\tUnderstanding of irrigation systems and horticultural practices for vine health management\r\n\tAbility to operate heavy equipment such as tractors and harvesters with precision\r\n\tProficiency with hand tools used in vineyard maintenance and trellising tasks\r\n\tBasic math skills for measuring quantities of fertilizers etc.\r\n\tPhysical strength for heavy lifting and extended periods of outdoor work in varying weather conditions and in varying positions (walking, bending, kneeling, crouching)\r\n\tStrong attention to detail for vineyard inspections and equipment upkeep\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nInterested in joining our Team?
