Job Role: Provide social and emotional support to residents identified by the Social Care Deputy as being at “end of life”. Provide a listening ear to resident where appropriate. Engage in conversation with the resident. Share with staff information relevant to the resident’s care. Attributes: Emotionally strong. Non judgemental. Good listening skills. Empathetic.
