Develop and implement a strategic vision for the growth and success of PayPal's retail and services partnerships in the US market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the retail and services industry, including major enterprises and their leadership teams.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail and services ecosystem, leveraging PayPal's products and services to drive growth and revenue.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and products that meet the needs of retail and services partners, while also aligning with PayPal's overall business goals.

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential partnership opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Serve as an expert on the retail and services industry, understanding the challenges and opportunities facing partners and how PayPal can best support them.

Lead a team of professionals to execute on partnership strategies, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership on the progress and impact of retail and services partnerships.

Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.

Represent PayPal at industry events and conferences, and act as a thought leader in the retail and services space.
