Mudbrick Vineyard and Restaurant is hiring experienced servers for our Michelin-starred restaurant.

Mudbrick is a world-renowned luxury destination, offering a range of hospitality experiences. Our restaurant is one of the largest high-end hospitality offerings in Auckland.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a fine dining or upmarket restaurant is essential — this role is for experienced wait staff only

Interest in wine is preferred

Scope of the role -

Greet customers as they arrive & seat them in a timely manner with menu

Handle your own section of tables

Answer any food & beverage questions from guests

Serve wine & beverages to a fine dining standard

Handle bill payments, sometimes multiple bill payments

Able to work double shifts and holidays
