Job Description

Red Power Limited T/A Red Power Motorsport Company is seeking an experienced welder to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing welding repairs on vehicles, using appropriate welding techniques and prioritizing quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out welding and structural repairs on metal parts and structures.
Fabricate and install metal components such as plates, reinforcements, brackets, and steel structures.
Cut, prepare, and fit metal parts prior to welding.
Interpret technical drawings and work instructions to ensure accurate completion of tasks.
Inspect welds and joints to ensure structural integrity and compliance with quality standards.
Comply with all health and safety regulations and workplace procedures.
Work collaboratively with the technical team in line with agreed schedules.

Requirements

Proven experience in welding work.
Practical knowledge of reading technical drawings.
Commitment to safety regulations and quality standards.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Annual Salary: €36,605

Weekly Hours: 39 hours

Hourly Rate: €18.05

Start Date: 07/12/2026
