WFH Sales Rep (Up to 78K + 13th Month)

We are looking for a candidate with phone experience in sales, who is fluent in both spoken and written English. This is a remote job position with a call center feel, so if you are dependable with an excellent work ethic, and a distraction-free workspace, you can work from the comfort of your own home.

This is a fixed-term employment contract from June to September. The role may be extended or converted to regular employment based on performance and business needs. You’ll undergo structured sales training and receive continuous coaching throughout the ramp-up period.

### What You’ll Do

Manage inbound and outbound warm calls (approx. 200+ weekly).

Handle calls lasting 6–15 minutes to close new customers, explain LawnStarter’s services, and upsell recurring plans.

Meet and exceed sales metrics and quality standards.

Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with U.S. customers.

Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold data protection policies.

### Work Schedule

Operations run Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–12:00 AM CST, and Saturday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM CST.

You will render a minimum of forty (40) hours of work per week or as may be required by the operational schedule.

You may be assigned to a rotating schedule within the company’s hours of operation.

Shift adjustments may be made based on operational requirements; employees will receive 1–2 weeks’ advance notice when changes occur.

The position may operate under a Compressed Workweek (CWW) or rotating schedule as allowed under DOLE-compliant arrangements.

Standard hours may exceed eight (8) hours per day when placed under an approved CWW, and such hours will not be classified as overtime.

Overtime, holiday work, and rest-day work shall be compensated in accordance with Philippine Labor Code Articles 87–90.

### Qualifications

High school graduate; college preferred

Excellent written and spoken English

At least 2 years of telesales or BPO experience

Familiarity with CRM/VoIP tools (Google Suite preferred)

+ Desktop/laptop with camera(Core i5, 8GB RAM minimum), dual monitors, noise-canceling headset

+ Stable Ethernet connection(50mbps for download and 25mbps for upload)

+ Backup internet connection with the same speed requirement (e.g. mobile data or secondary ISP)

+ Backup power source (e.g. UPS or generator) in case of power interruptions

+ Noise-canceling headset or headphones with a microphone

+ A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions

Base Pay: Php 41,360.00/month

Performance Incentives: Php 9,000–37,000/month

Total Potential Pay: Php 50,360–78,360/month

Statutory benefits(SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th month pay, taxes)

13th month pay and night differential as mandated by DOLE
