Contributing to a self-directed Agile team, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed .NET Developer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level web and client-server applications in a fully remote capacity.

##### Key Responsibilities

Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, application design, coding, testing, and support

Develop and integrate web services and APIs, and perform system integrations with third-party software solutions

Collaborate within Agile Scrum teams to enhance and maintain existing applications while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability

##### Required Qualifications

6+ years of application development experience, including web and client-server applications

3+ years of industry experience in government, insurance, accounting, or case management environments

3-5+ years of .NET development experience, specifically with ASP.NET, VB.NET, and C#

3-6+ years of experience with development tools and frameworks like Visual Studio .NET, Jira, and GitHub

Familiarity with MVC and MVVM architectural patterns
