Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce demand planning strategy for Lyft's global markets.

Utilize analytical tools and techniques to forecast workforce demand and identify potential gaps or areas for improvement.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives and incorporate them into workforce planning processes.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and other external factors to inform workforce planning decisions.

Work closely with HR and recruiting teams to ensure timely and effective hiring and onboarding processes to meet workforce demand.

Continuously review and refine workforce planning processes to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Communicate and present workforce planning data and insights to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to address workforce demand fluctuations.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in workforce planning.

Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in workforce planning and make recommendations for their implementation at Lyft.
