Workforce Planning Lead

Partner with Dropbox leaders, HRBPs, and Recruiting to define our global location strategy to broaden our reach across talent markets and support a more globally distributed workforce. Partner with the People Analytics and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to conduct supply and demand analysis, business scenario planning, forecasting, and external benchmarking of key workforce metrics. Contribute to building the long-term vision and three-year roadmap for Dropbox’s Workforce Planning team. Own and execute cross-functional initiatives and projects from start to finish (e.g., implementation of WFP technology).
