Youth Support Worker
Job Description
Cróga Care Partners provides specialist, trauma-informed and attachment-based residential care for two separated young people seeking international protection aged 10–17. Our approach focuses on building safety, trust, independence and belonging, while supporting each young person with education, daily living skills, wellbeing, relationships and integration into the local community.
Working as part of a supportive, clinically guided team, you will play a key role in helping young people develop the confidence, skills and resilience needed for adulthood. Our unique 20-acre social farm will also provide opportunities for animal-assisted therapeutic activities, overseen by our Clinical Psychologist and supported by Key Workers.
At Cróga, our goal is ambitious: to help every young person progress towards independent living, employment or third-level education, secure housing and meaningful community connections. You’ll be part of a team where your skills, ideas and relationships can make a genuine difference.
