#### As an Electrical Supervisor you will be responsible for

Lead, manage, and supervise a team of electricians to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with industry standards

Act as the primary point of contact for all electrical operations

Respond to customer enquiries and interpret technical requirements

Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and cost estimates

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain best-value pricing and services

Develop and present detailed proposals and solutions to clients

Support the planning, organisation, and delivery of projects from inception through to completion

Assist with procurement activities and project resource management

Monitor project progress, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholder

#### The ideal candidate

Qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent qualifications

Proven experience in electrical installation and supervision

Experience within Domestic, Commercial, or Solar electrical projects

Working towards targets is highly desirable

Be proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and develop

Possess excellent organisational and communication skills

Be confident using digital tools and estimating software
