1681991 Weighbridge Hseq Site Support

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Weighbridge & Front of House Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced operation. This is a diverse role offering the perfect balance of hands-on site involvement and office-based responsibilities.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 6:00pm. Saturday, 7:00am - 11.30am.

As a Weighbridge/HSEQ Site Support, you will be responsible for:

Weighbridge Operation / Coordination Goods In - Tipping, Inspection, Reporting

Quality Exception Reporting

Weighbridge Operation / Coordination Goods Out - Containers, Tilter, Export Requirements, Waste, Bulk

Photograph inbound and outbound loads as required (via RECY) / Fulfil export requirements

Daily diary - all daily & weekly checks to be completed in line with requirements

Adherence to HSE standards

Adherence to PPE requirements

Weekly odour and fly reporting

Control of Fire Logbook including completion and testing (fire extinguisher/emergency lighting)

Fire extinguishers - ensure all in situ - report discharged / damaged and control spares

Site visitors / contractors – induction, sign in/out

Production Reporting

Batching Coordination

Assay Completion & Reporting

Knowledge of Tilter Operations & Maintenance Procedure

New starter - onboarding & inductions of WB Team

Staff Management re Timecards, Holiday, Illness, Rota, Return to Work, Disciplinaries, Training & Development (including SSOW, RA, COSHH & TBTs)

Overview / Complete monthly first aid box checks

The ideal candidate has experience with:

Previous experience within a weighbridge, recycling, waste, logistics or industrial environment.

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Experience supervising or leading a small team.

A proactive approach to health, safety and compliance.

The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
