Job Title: Sales Lead Generator (Field-Based)

Location: Doncaster

Job type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with formal review at the end of the contract and potential extension or permanent opportunity)

Our client is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Sales Lead Generator to identify and develop new business opportunities across South Yorkshire and the surrounding areas. This is a remote, field-based role offering the flexibility to manage your own diary while spending the majority of your time visiting prospective customers, building relationships and generating qualified business leads.

As a Sales Lead Generator, you will be responsible for

Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities.

Visit prospective commercial customers to introduce the company's services.

Build relationships with business owners, purchasing managers and decision-makers.

Generate qualified leads and appointments for the sales team.

Conduct face-to-face visits, networking and cold calling activities.

Maintain an organised pipeline of prospective customers.

Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity.

Represent the business professionally at all times.

Work towards agreed lead generation and appointment targets.

The ideal candidate will be

Previous experience in sales, lead generation or business development.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Highly motivated and able to work independently.

Experience within industrial, manufacturing, construction, engineering, recycling or waste management sectors is highly desirable

Confident approaching new businesses.

B2B sales experience.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Own reliable vehicle.

Willingness to travel throughout South Yorkshire and surrounding counties.
