As Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue growth by winning new customers and expanding work with existing ones. You will own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to closed deal, and build lasting relationships with clients across the sector. This is a hybrid role based in Derby, with regular travel to client meetings and industry events.

As a BDM, you will be responsible for:

•        Identify, approach and bring on new customers to grow the client base

•        Develop existing accounts, spotting opportunities to grow spend and expand the relationship

•        Upsell and cross-sell the wider product and service range

•        Build strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers

•        Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads into sales

•        Attend client meetings, site visits, trade shows and industry events

•        Keep the sales pipeline and forecasts accurate and up to date

•        Work closely with technical and operations teams so customers get the right solution
